How’s the Quality:
We source our products from the best manufacturers and materials. We’ve researched many and found the ones that we feel are the best quality that we can pass on to you at a reasonable price.
Do Your Minifigs Come Assembled:
No they are shipped to you unassembled, with a few exceptions. We’ve found for us that part of the fun of these little guys and gals is putting them together and we thought you might like that too. We can assemble them for you if you would like. Just let us know. When you place your order there is an area for NOTES: Please indicate there if you need them shipped to you assembled.
How Long Will It Take to Get My Order:
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 days after they are placed, depending on the day or the week. Once they have been fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number. After that most locations in the continental U.S.A. will get their package in 2-4 business days. Outside the U.S. can take longer depending on carrier and customs. We primarily use USPS and UPS. (We are not responsible for delays due to customs.)
What Are Your Hours:
Office hours are; Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (UTD 07:00 Mountain Time US & Canada). We are closed Saturday and Sunday
Do You Have A Retail Store:
No we do not have a retail store anymore. We did, however when new owners family took over it was decided to close the store.
Is Brick Forces A Big Chain Store:
We Wish! But nope, we are a small, family run business located in Utah. We have big dreams, but can only reach those dreams with your help. Thank you for visiting Brick Forces and supporting small businesses
Our Return Policy:
- All Cobi building kits must be unopened in good condition
- All items need to be in original packaging with all original parts and pieces
- Brick Forces Merch must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Shipping fees will be paid by the customer
