Shipping Policy

**NOTICE** We've been notified that USPS has changed how cost of packages over 1lbs is calculated. This may affect costs for Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and Parcel Select Ground.

We are based in Utah, U.S.A. and all items, with the exception of the human merch - clothing, mugs, hats, etc. are shipped from Utah

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. A tracking number, available for most countries, will be sent to you when your package is shipped. Domestic delivery occurs, on average, within 2-3 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. International deliveries can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on your country's customs.

We are not responsible for any customs delays, lost deliveries, or lost packages marked as delivered. We will, however, be happy to help file a claim with the shipper and help track down the lost package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our Return Policy:

If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges for up to 30 days (USA) from the date of purchase. Products can be returned to exchange for a different item of the same value, minifigs can be exchanged for another, be they similar or not, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following conditions to returns:

All Cobi building kits must be unopened in good condition
All items need to be in original packaging with all original parts and pieces
Brick Forces Merch must have no visible signs of wear or use
Shipping fees will be paid by the customer
